Each round of play represents one year in the business.
Players make decisions on pricing, costs, production, and investments.

The simulation uses simple visuals and million dollar money blocks to bring financial concepts to life. It's intuitive, fast paced, and full of light-bulb moments.
Reflect, Debrief and Connect
At the end of each simulation cycle, players review what happened.

- What decisions drove performance?
- What trade-offs were worth making?
- How does what they are learning connect to their real world work?
Reviews are facilitator guided in group discussions, helping participants connect the simulation to their everyday roles.
