Simple to Run, Big on Impact

The Bigger Bucks Simulation

Designed to be easy to set up and fun to play for every worker

Step 1

Set the Scene

Players step into the shoes of a new management team, tasked with running a new subsidiary. The game board represents their company, with products, customers, suppliers, challenges, and choices.

The challenge...Turn “Bigger Bucks” into a profitable business in just 3 years.

Step 2

Play the Game

Each round of play represents one year in the business.

Players make decisions on pricing, costs, production, and investments.

  • They calculate profits, losses, and cash flow
  • They track performance with real financial statements
  • And they learn by doing - together

The simulation uses simple visuals and million dollar money blocks to bring financial concepts to life. It's intuitive, fast paced, and full of light-bulb moments.

Step 3

Reflect, Debrief and Connect

At the end of each simulation cycle, players review what happened.

  • The financial impacts
  • What worked? What didn’t?
  • What decisions drove performance?
  • What trade-offs were worth making?
  • How does what they are learning connect to their real world work?

Reviews are facilitator guided in group discussions, helping participants connect the simulation to their everyday roles.

Step 4

Apply it to the Real World

Each participant finishes, with key takeaways and practical actions to take back on the job.

Bigger Bucks training isn't just for fun...though it is. It's about creating a more financially savvy workforce that can see the bigger picture and use it's collective genius to help your business become more successful.
